Excellent. It's a little pricey, but the staff was excellent. They confirmed a flight for me, exchanged my US$ for Dong, and arranged transportation to the airport.

On our way back from Hanoi we booked another night at the Elios through Agoda and received a room with no windows, no hot water, no wifi access and a loud rattling noise that happened frequently during the night(realized in the morning that the noise was the mini-bar fridge turning on and off).
