I joined a half-day Cuchi Tunnel tour with Happy Tour that I can recommend to anyone. It cost me USD 7. You can also walk to most of sightseeing spots from the hotel.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I was about to have my bag snatched by a motorbike guy on the street.

- Shopping Tip : There are plenty of shops around, if you need to buy drinks or snacks there is a supermarket called Co-op Mart down the road, prices are fixed.

A perfect place for some one who is looking for convenience, excellent customer service and this hotel is very close to the back packers hotel , tour operators and the famous Ban Tanh Market where one could shop for several souvenir items at a good bargain price.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Empress Hotel is very close to the Tour Operators and it is very easy to walk to near by places or take a public transport to any of the well known destinations at just USD1-2 by cab.

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You might consider taking a taxi to the sights and shopping. It is walking distance, but the traffic is terrible, crossing the street is stressful, to say the least. It is easier to have a taxi drop you.
