Complete facilities with swimming pool and SPA. Breakfast is on 17th floor providing good 360 degree view of Ho Chi Minh City. However breakfast choice is limited. Condition of room not so satisfactory, room is small with lousy air-conditioning. I believe there is better hotel along the street with cheaper pricing.
