Exceptional hotel with friendly staff, although some staff's English competency is not too good, but you notice they are all trying their best to provide excellent service.

Hotel is located within 10 to 15 min walking distance to major attractions in Dist 1

Great Location but very small small room

Service not up to standard. Request for late check-out but only can extend till 12.30pm. Toilet room cracks for #801.
Main door slam very hard so need to close it gently. Breakfast service staff very slow. Massage is good thought. Swimming pool very small. Room very small unlike the photos shown in agoda. The water pressure is low, need to on for 5 mins to get hot shower. Location is near to ben thanh market. Beside that nothing else is worth for the price. Not worth for 2nd visit.
Nightlife Tip:
LUSH Disco is a must go but try to avoid Diamond club.. the music is too loud for the ear.

We had a great time here. Next to the Ben than market. Centre of the city. Great view from the roofterrace. We lost our lugage and they helped us out.

first time we have stayed at this end of saigon and it was a pleasant surprise. hotel is very conveniently located to ben than market and also lots of boutique shops directly on the street where the hotel sits. decor of rooms is lovely and well thought out although a little on the small side.
Shopping Tip:
Boutique shops on the hotels doorstep.

the rooms are comfortable, good selection at breakfast and nice pool on the roof to relax. we stayed here for 3 nights however on the first night there was a noisy family either side of our room. in the morning we asked to change room and with no questions asked we were upgraded. having travelled around vietnam the following two nights were the best night's sleep we had had.
2 days of tourist trail and one day of lying by the pool- fantastic.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to get to the pool early as sun loungers are limited.

I enjoyed the hotel, staff very friendly and good breakfast.
The location is nice and walking distance to everything.
The area around is safe and quiet even if we are in the crowded city centre!!!

Clean room but very small

Located on City center, small 4star hotel. I have stayed at premium deluxe class, but the size of room was too tiny. And more, the hotel exterior was totally different from the picture on Agoda. Looks like different hotel.
I have found that I could stay better hotel at the same rate in hochimin City.
Not recommend..
