Overall stay was quite good. The only complaint would be that it is easy to hear noises from the hallway. Other then that, everything else was great.

I was happy to stay at the golden rose and rebooked several times. Access to taxis is very easy and the room is clean and internet works good. The elevator is decent as well.

It was a major disappointment as the staffs were least bothered about the guests,upon complaining on several issues they never attempted to resolve any, in fact once my call to the reception was answered rudely saying "if you don't speak Vietnamese i can't help you" upon highlighting the issue to the front office manager she vaguely said "Ok sorry, what can i do".
Room was immaculate, but service was terrible.

i had a terrible time during my stay in here, for which the front office manager responded "what do you want me to do" there are many other hotels in the same location, Golden Rose is certainly not the right place to stay.
