Nice hotel with excellent friendly staffs.
Rooms are nice and hotel at great location

The executive rooms are much bigger than the normal deluxe rooms. But not really worth the price for the excutive rooms. A normal deluxe room is enough.

lovely boutique hotel, neat, clean, good decor

upon arrival, we were met with uniformed attendents at the door.
the check-in @ the front desk was hassle free. we were given a choic of rooms. the one we had is on 7 fl with eye-level view which is pleasant to the eyes. the the lift is new, decor in the room is comtemparary, lighting a balance with yin & yong.
the restaurant is delicious with the food and waitress (are sweet) of the same high standard.
our first visit to hcmc gives us a very good impression, we like to come back to stay in the grand silverdale hotel and spa again soon, and we will tell our friends to come.

Greatest Hotel in Saigon
I love the ambiance of the Lobby, the cool roof top pool and great tour desk.

From the arrival to my departure, the customer service was very good. Staff were always around to see that you were happy. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices and their a la carte servings were filling.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Chu Ci tunnels were fantastic if you imagine the guerilla warfare that the Vietcongs were upto during the wars.

very comfortable and great breakfast with good variety. close to many attractions and good places to eat. had a massage in the spa which was very nice also. ben tranh market just around the corner. nice pool too.
Restaurant Tip:
hoa tuc resaurant in the old opium refinery complex was fantastic.

This place is perfect for the first time traveller to Saigon. Large Clean rooms, helpful staff that guide you in the right direction. The Spa is excellent and the massage was awesome. A must try for all

Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were very helpful, we stayed in a suite & the room was nice, we ate most of our meals there & the food was great. The hotel is situated in a good location & we walked to all of the local sights.
Restaurant Tip:
There didn't seem to be a lot of restaurants around to eat out.

It was only one night, but very pleasant stay before long journey home. Friendly staff and comfortable, clean room, good food at breakfast that was included. Rather expensive,despite special offer, but good value for money.
Shopping Tip:
3min walk from Ben Thanh Market and night market

Great Location, Beautiful Rooms Friendly Staff

Staff were very helpful from the time we went in to the hotel.Check in process was very fast and reception staff escorted us to show the room facilities.
Breakfats was fantastic with so many different options.
Location of the hotel is so cetralised we walked to most of the touristic spots in the city without having to take a cab.
We will deffinately stay in this hotel again and highly recommend to anyone.
