A simple hotel that comes with a good price. Location is great as it is near to the posher side of town. Value for money.

Friendly staff and great location. Close to everything from shopping, massage, restaurants, tours and nightlife. Most all activities within 5-15 mins. walking distance. Taxi's are easy to get day and night. International restaurants are all very close, from hamburgers, steaks, noodles, to many different types of asian dishes. International market and convenient stores across the street. Some rooms are very spacious, and the others are just big enough to move around. Very clean hotel. The rooms towards the rear of the hotels are quitter then the rooms located in front of the hotels

good location, clean, comfy

we stayed here for 3 nights in april 2012 and were quite happy with it. it's in the more "up-scale" area of hcmc, and is great value for the money, especially in that area. central to lots of sights and shopping.
the staff are very helpful, rooms are spotless, and a good breakfast is served in the kitchen.
some rooms are very small, and ours had no window, but we were aware of that upon booking, and it's was just fine.

The perfect hotel for a first night in Ho Chi Minh City. The room are confortable and clean but a little small. This hotel is a little expensive due to his location in district 1 near the Saigon river but the buffet breakfast is very good and complete that it compensates.

Liked this hotel so much that we extended our stay. Near restaurants, bars. Able to walk to many attractions. Staff arranged 3 trips for us--Mekong Delta, city tour and Cu Chu tunnels. Hotel is very quiet.
Room are small, but comfortable. Breakfast was included, with made-to-order eggs.

Perfect location and welcoming staff
Centrally located, near restaurants and a supermarket that sells French food products

The room was smaller than I expected. The daily breakfast was very good. The menu changed daily. The hotel is near all the restaurants, sightseeing places and the famous Market (15 minutes walk).

i stay in hai long 5 hotel because of their location is very close to the main shopping area in ho chi minh city.the hotel is a bit small but clean and friendly,all the staff are polite and the reception staff speak smooth english as well.
