Good location, along De Tham ST
The place is very good location.There are many cafe & bars, resturants, travel agencies, convenience store(24H) and ATM & exchange store.It's include breakfast. My recommend food is FRIED NOOLDES.

Location wise it was good. Rooms had secure lockers, but it was difficult asking for a lock at front desk.

Value for money there are plenty of guest houses or backpackers that outweigh halo. The ratio of Vietnamese guests was very high, so it's not really ideal for backpackers going alone, or those wanting to go down to the bars.
Also the guesthouse is behind a tour guide booking shop, and quiet hard to find
