It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Honestly,
It's the worst hotel I have ever been in for a night. The sheet wasn't changed, but I checked in late so I didn't notice. In the morning I woke up and realized that it was dirty, full of some guy's hair and I got really upset. I called the reception about my problem and she was like "So.. do you want to change it?" I was shocked, seriously, no apology or what so ever. Plus we got sent up the a room on the top floor that had no elevator so had to walk up 3 staircases, seriously. The bathtub was dirty, old shampoo bottles fell behind it but no one bothers to clean. Towels have stains all over. No shower curtain, so feel free to wet your bathroom floor and slip later. My friend's room had a huge flying thing and she couldn't sleep all night because it kept bugging her but couldn't chase it away. we didn't know what it was. I will not recommend this thing to anyone ever.

Worst hotel ever

So my boyfriend arrived later and we got another room for him, we got lucky and got the VIP room with big window, but the room smelled weird. Mattress was okay but the mattress in my old room is rock-hard, don't stay here if you have back problem. It looks clean at first but you start to finding out dirt, trash, hidden away, behind bath tub and its really disgusting. Didn't bother to have breakfast cause I was too disappointed already. Staff were ok but don't speak much English. Honestly, if you want a nice, pleasant trip, don't stay here.
