The hotel is far away from citycenter.About 10 usd to get there by taxi.Staff were nice and friendly.Also have a swimming pool.If u wana relax in Saigon it is a good place to stay.

i had a nice stay at this hotel. a little far from downtown but very quiet, nice landscape. take taxi about 10 usd to get into the city was well worth it compared to staying in downtown (very expensive for all, noise,..). and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and its restaurant serves good, cheap price.
Hotel Feature Tip:
good hotel for family holiday because it has the big apartments for groups.

Not what we were expecting, and not in a good way

Hotel is far from the city center, and takes a long time to get to. Upon arrival to our room there were ants crawling in the toilet, and a cockroach on the wall in the "kitchen" area. The hotel staff speaks very limited English. The hotel has food available but when we purchased food from one menu the employee showed us the price from a different menu which was about 20,000-35,000 vnd more per meal. After a brief argument we paid the original menu price. We decided to not stay any longer and left before 2230. We did not bother staying for our second night which was already paid for. I requested a refund from agoda but have not heard anything back from them.
Shopping Tip:
Do not stay here if you want to shop at the city center will take 30 minutes or longer to get there.

This hotel is very far from everything in the city and a good 45 minutes to district one. The tours advertised at the hotel say there is pickup and drop off at the hotel which is not true. Be prepared to pay extra for the tour and transportation if staying at this hotel. The hotel was very loud and our room was never cleaned. I left after one day even thought I had paid for 4 nights and upon checkout the staff didnt even ask why I was leaving. I was not the only one to check out early that day either. The bathrooms are very dangerous as there is an awkward step of a ledge and the tv reception is unwatchable as it is all static. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider this place.
