Good value but a bit noisey.

The hotel was fine and a good value for the cost. The location was in walking distance of the things I wanted to do in District #1. The place seemed clean. Breakfast was acceptable and had a variety of choices in buffet style. The only things that was a bother was that the noise from guests in the hall seemed to transfer clearly into the room. So doors closing and people talking were very noticeable and not nice if it happened early in the morning.

Offer cheap half day tour to Chu Chi tunnel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tourist hot spots: Benh Thanh market (remember to bargain 50% off the price quoted by sellers. A lot of hand craft items!), Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Post Office. Try to arrange these places in 1 day as they are near to each other.
Food: Pho2000 (where Bill Clinton dined), Pho24. These 2 restaurants are just opposite Benh Thanh market. Must try food: "spring roll". Must try Vietnam coffee.
Essential items to bring: Calculator (as VND is denominated in "thousands" notes. Easy reference to covnert back to your home currency.)

The only gripe we had was the thin walls & doors - as a light sleeper I woke up when our neighbours came back at 4am in the morning. Our room was near the road, so from 7-8am we could hear vehicles honking (common in Vietnam). Curtains could be thicker so that the room would be less bright in the mornings.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices. Front desk staff were helpful as well. The room was clean & neat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
visit the Cuchi tunnels!

My friend recommended this hotel because of the location (near to Ben Than Market), when we came they don't have more room as we choose (deluxe room). But they give me and my family upgrade to suite (for free)...its great and we have big room and nice view from our window.

this hotel is completely sufficient for anyone want to explore ho chi minh from its heart. location is just few steps from ben than market. at night you can enjoy night market just below your hotel. breakfast is sufficient and delicious. i forgot my mobile phone on the bed when i checked out. the hotel's staff managed to give it to me at the airport, that's very cool service !!

it was a lovely new hotel. we have been to vietnam 6 times and this is the first time we have stayed here. we would definitely stay here again. we have already recommended this hotel to friends who have just booked to stay also. the staff were very friendly.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is in a great location being only about 80metres from the best market in Vietnam.
