Smart stay, location and cost.

all i had to do was tell the taxi driver at the airport that it was close to the Ben Than Marker and he had no problem finding the hotel.
The Hotel has a nice breakfast, the staff are extremely helpful, Safe in the room. If you would like a quiet room it is best to stay on the lower flowers because breakfast is served on the 9th floor and at 6 am there is noise coming from there that will wake you up.
Shopping Tip:
Ben Than Market one half block away.

this hotel is close to everything you need to do and go. the market is just outside your hotel but during the night it is quite. the hotel service and quailty of manners was excellent. if you like asian food for breakfast this is the place to go. i was able to have fried eggs and toast but the rest was vietnamese.
Restaurant Tip:
Great Italian restaurant on Nguyen Hue street. I think the name is paledestrias. Very good food.

If you want to stay inside of a closet

Well I will tell you that we were excited the day we got to vietnam, We scheduled are stay in Saigon. Went out touring at night, it was during TET. Very busy city. WE went back to the hotel and , the next morning we went walking again, we may have been about 4 blocks from the hotel when my wife and I were split apart by the crowd, I herd her scream and when I got to her her gold necklace had been removed from her neck. Thank god she was ok. I would not recomend this hotel nor going to this country. Taxi service is a rip off. If you want a nice country to go see, choose Thailand. By the way Agoda could not understand about why we did not stay in Vietnam, we tried to call there service number and tried online chat, could not get a hold of them. I will not be using Agoda again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful i would not hesitate to stay here on a return visit. The breakfast was above average, the wi-fi worked great. Safe in the room. Clean. The samll rooms do not have a window but i was only in the room at night so what did i care. Room service and Laundry were great.

Hotel doesn't have any best feature except for that it is near to the Ben Thanh market

We have stayed in the hotel due to its promixity to the market but then that was the only thing in the hotel.
1.Rooms are rather too small..
2.Hotel Breakfast is bad ..There wasn't a single item which we liked in it..There wasn't a single day when my kid ate his breakfast.
We have ordered the food couple of times from the hotel because we were too tired to walk down to any restaurant ..
3.Food was always cold .. chicken was so hard .God knows how they eat it .
4. Staff really don't understand English.People in the local shops and on the roadside understand better english .
5. Hotel name itself is a big confusion.The room access cards shows the name of the group and we have used the same card to book one tour outside the hotel .Due to this whole confusion we have missed our whole day trip and that was our last day in HCMC so we don't even had a chance to visit the place.

Wonderful location

this place was really nice to work with, i took a tour and left the city for a day and they let me keep my luggage stored with them and held my room for my return. i will stay her again in the future when i visit saigon.
