Everythings is good except the bed hard

My stay at the hotel overall is good except the bed too tnin whenyou sleep on it you can feel the spring. The breakfast very normal. Everyday mostly the same food.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and most of them can speak and understand English.

Taxi's are always available outside hotel. Would advice future guests to always ask reception for directions so you can show taxi driver where you want to go and ask reception how much taxi fare normally costs so you can prepare your change. Most Cab drivers don't speak English. It cost Vnd 40,000 by taxi to Bitexco Tower from Hoang Hai Long Hotel. Don't miss the Saigon Sky Deck at the Bitexco Tower, entrance is free if you dine in one of the restaurants. Go see it at dusk. Plenty of ATM machines in the hotel area. Cu Chi Tunnel Half Day tour & Mekong Delta River Day tour available in hotel lobby. Buffet breakfast is great! Would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't stay here again. The internet disconnected constantly and there was no soundproofing in the room. I could hear every time someone moved a chair in another room or talked in the hallway.
