this is a good hotel from which to explore ho chi minh city and the surrounding area. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the dinner menu is extensive, caters for all tastes and the food is good. the room we had was on the small side, had an internal window but it was comfortable. however, it was noisy both during the day and night with the sound travelling through the building. the staff was very helpful and friendly, and tours can be booked through the hotel.

- service was excellent at this hotel. it was my daughter's 9th birday during our stay and the assistant manager bui boi ngoc has gone beyond her call of duty to arrange for a cake and flower delivery. this is what we called service with a smile. also, the assistant manager ta thanh trung has provided us great help during our stay.
- location was very good; close to all main attractions.
- staff was great. very impressed
- room was clean. most importantly it was very quiet. can't say the same thing for some of the other hotels we stated in saigon.
Travel tip:
- I did not like the SPA at all. Probably the only negative thing about this hotel. I found the massage to be very painful and a guy was snoring next to me.

Good location; every you need is just near by. Hotel staff is very nice and helpfull. Breakfast buffet menu is ok...it would be better if is changed each day.

This was a great hotel to stay in while in HCMC. Kevin the tour desk guy did a great job of organising our airport transfers and also a tour to the Cu Chi tunnels.
The hotel is walking distance to most places and the Ben Tahn market is a few mins down the road. overall a great place

Nice room, though a little small. The window only showed a cement wall, but thats OK as I didn't need a view anyway. Service was good at the desk, the restaurant, and also the spa. Laundry was also good, and my cloths were hung up in the dresser the next day every time I used it. Never had any issues except a couple times my key did not work but was quickly fixed.
