I was put in the wrong room(which was nice and clean)then moved into the superior. Which just felt IFFY something about wallpaper rooms. There were no pillow cases on my pillow so i took one from another room which were all open unless taken. Bathroom was good and location was great for walking and the room was at the back so quiet. Window opened to a brick wall

not good, the room airconditioner is hot and , safety box has no battery and no coffemaker as mention when booking the hotel and the food you like for breakfast are not available but still on the menu list.

the room size was great, friedly staff. the hotel need to upgrade the towels, towels is not soft, just like sand paper. shower head need to upgrade to better shower head.

Hotel was small, but in a good location. I'm not saying it's expensive but for that price I can find a better/nicer hotel for the same price. Felt more like a guesthouse then a hotel to me. Staff was nice and friendly.

arrived after midnight given a room without windows (rm202) which feels like a jailhouse. the bedding and the towels have an old wornout feeling. shower room was ok with good steady of hot water though. staff are friendly and helpful but can be ignorant and not all of them are good with english. there is an in-room safe and ok hairdryer, round the corner from the hotel right side is a 24hr convenient store and diagonally opposite the hotel is a local bakery selling dessert type bread and cakes.
