Great stay, great room overlooking pool, great price. Fantastic meal at the 2nd floor restaurant and the decor in restaurant was superb. Very stylish.

Excellent staff, breakfast, drinks too dear.
Staff, knowledge, helpful, friendly. Rooms clean, good pressure in shower.

I thought the buffet breakfast was a bit poor ,elsewhere it was $10.There was one concierge, he was very knowledgeable esp regarding restaurants he picked fantastic ones everytime and he understood and spoke good English hence we mainly spoke to him for advice.

Good,but a bit disappointed

I'm dissatisfied the hotel room sound-proofing.When the others hotel guest chatting/talking along the corridor have disturb me.About 10.00pm I have sleep but around 11.00pm - 12.00pm there is few group of hotel guest come back to their room and their talking is quit loudly and I have been disturb by them.The bathroom lock already broken and cannot be use.Other then this all is good and I'm very satisfied with.

This was my first time in vietnam. Hotel was a good 5 star in every way and a pleasant surprise. Food was excellent, service the same and staff in all departments very helpful even though English was weak with some of them. Room service and poolside service particularly good. I always felt comfortable in the hotel.
Travel tip:
Hotel in tghe middle of shop houses which might make some people nervous. I thought it very interesting though.
