Chor H. Groups Singapore, October 21, 2012	Totally Unpleasant Hotel It's just by the road side, easy to find location 3 This hotel does not have business ethics. They advertise at rock bottom rate and claiming to be a 3 star hotel. In actual fact, less than 2 star. Though their 2-star by the government hangs on the wall. We paid for room + breakfast, but it turned out that there is NO breakfast as they don't even have a restaurant. The lady boss claimed that they do not want advertise for them as the rates are wrong. Gave us a smelly room with most amenities NOT working. We are forced to upgrade at list price. My sister did not even get her room, as they claimed they did not receive any bookings. sort out things with this awful hotel. Else the reputation will go down the drain quite quickly. Travel tip: Do not use this hotel at all. Wifi does not work. Only at reception, it works well.
Chor H. Families with young children Singapore, October 18, 2012	Totally awful hotel Wifi is free at the reception 2.7 Do not select this hotel at all. Claimed to be 3 star, it is worst than No star. Nothing works in the room, no Wifi, toilet leaking, toilet door can't close,elevator door slams onto you. Children got hurt. Slippery stairs up to reception. All Staff could not speak English, only the boss does. But she is interested in collecting more money only. Travel tip: Do not select this hotel please.
Dinh L. Couples United States of America, September 06, 2012	Great Service Clean room 7.3 Nothing fancy, basic but will meet the needs of most travelers. Breakfast is decent. Can recommend to those who want to be careful not to spend too much on a hotel.
