Breakfast menu should change everyday need to have more variety. Room very spacious. Location very convenient. Everything is within walking distant. The air-cond in our room is not cold enough. Hotel breakfast is average. Not much changes cos' we stay there for three nights and we have the same food every morning. There's a restaurant next to the hotel. We went there for dinner and the food is quite good. Very reasonable. And so was the shopping.

in centre, walk distance to city hall, opera house, restaurant etc, bell boys are not professional, no smile on face at all a reasonabe hotel for tourist, walk distance to bar, restaruant, shops, opera house, city hall etc. room facilities are ok, service acceptable. breakfast is aevrage, should have some Vietnam cousin.

Room - quiet, clean, secure
Breakfast - delicious and were willing to accommodate our time schedules on our departure date
Location - AMAZING! Super convenient to walk to all the major tourist attractions and recommended eating places. Language barrier - although generally staff had some English, none were very fluent and as such it was difficult to get my questions answered sometimes. Our room was quiet, very clean and secure. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the coffee was delicious! The hotel was also extremely central and a convenient walk to all of the major tourism points! The staff although very courteous sometimes did not understand what I was asking or were unable to answer due to the language barrier (I speak english) and so it would have been better if they could find more english speaking staff and have one at the reception at all times.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : All of the major tourist attractions and tourist centres are within walking distance and very straightforward to find. However, the map provided by the hotel and some of tourist centres do not show all the little side streets so you may want to have several maps to cross-reference.
