The best value 4 money in Central HCMC
It is a new hotel and all the rooms are new. they don't all have big windows but at least they have a windows. I will stay here again.

this is a new hotel with very convenient location. just a few minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall, there is no need to take public transport or whatsoever.

the hotel is new & nicely located in the city centre with all necessities within reach. surprisingly the location is not noisy at all. everyday i'd good comfortable rest & wake up fresh in every morning.
expectedly, for this budgeted prices things comes simple but good. not many choices of breakfast & the room walls are in the length of my hand.
the reception speak well english & accommodative. the hotel is in my list of choice for my returns.
Nightlife Tip:
Many cafe, pubs & restaurant within walking distance.

this hotel is located at stone throw distance away from vincom centre which showcase upmarket fashion. the hotel is merely 1 month old and is very new and clean. i was upgraded from a superior room to deluxe room where the room size is much bigger and spacious.

一言で言うと日本のビジネスホテルの広めの部屋って感じでしょうか。
部屋は清潔で新しいホテルだと思います。一つ残念だったのがシャワーブースの排水口に髪の毛が少々溜まっていた点です。
部屋は静かで、シャワーも熱いお湯は出るしテレビの映りもも全く問題ありませんでした。
次回も利用したいと思います。

部屋は比較的清潔感があり、フロントの対応はいらないというぐらい親切でした。一区のど真ん中にあり、日本料理店などが並ぶレタントン通に近く非常に便利でした。また、ボーイさんが必ず愛相を振りまいてくれて親密感が湧きました。

レタントンに近く、日本料理などがすぐに味わえます。

出来たばかりの新しいホテルということもあり宿泊客がほとんどおらず、朝食も選んで出てくる寂しいものでした・・・・これからのホテルという感じですが次回は利用しないと思います。

ホテルによれば３月にオープンしたばかりとのこと。部屋はきれい。仕事のしやすいデスクと椅子があって、コンセントの位置もデスクの上にあり、よくできていた。従業員は慣れていない感じだったが、それなりに一生懸命サービスしようという努力が感じられた。場所は便利だし、次も使いたいホテルである。

新築のホテルで部屋は申し分なし。そのうちに充実すると思うが、朝食はイマイチ。
歩いていける近場にマッサージ店が数店。リーズナブルな価格で疲れが取れるマッサージを堪能しました。また、同様に歩いていける範囲に日本食レストランも多く年配の私には重宝しました。
Shopping Tip:
歩いて5分ほどでショッピング街のドンコイ通り、近くて便利でした。
