the room a bit small but very clean and moderately. we stay 5 nights and the housekeeping kept on cleaning every day.the staffs are friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. it is good location and short walking distance to the famous landmarks in the city. we will stay again and strongly recommended to friends.
(I will recommended Restaurant Ngon 138 which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel because their foods were delicious, good environment and resonable price.)

The room was nice, large enough for my wife, myself and teenage son. Breakfast was fairly ordinary but OK. Good coffee. They need to do something about the two young girls who seem to be allowed to run around the breakfast tables at will. One is about 4 and the other 7-8yrs.They seemed to be children of the owners as the mother was behind the reception desk during the day. The older one spent her time skating around the tiled floor and it's only a matter of time before she collides with a customer carrying a hot cup of coffee. It's very Vietnamese but shouldn't be allowed in the restaurant. We were there 4 days and it was the same every day. The area has become very expensive for even simple street food, probably because it has become a predominately Malaysian / indonesian tourist area. I know what the prices should be as my wife is Vietnamese so I would not stay in this area again. The hotel was fine except for the kids in the restaurant which is just not acceptable.Not one attempt was made to sit them down. Very rude!!
