i'm checking in quite late about 6 pm, but superior double bed room is not available, so i have to stay a night at standard room which is not acceptable because it's too small and too old, no refund or take responsible in this case, it seems like there's no options for me because i've already paid by credit card, the hotel staff ask to keep my passport until the day i left, and ask me to half day charge for late check out, the image is different from the real room, too old and not clean, i'm not recommended to stay because there're options around that area which is value for your money

Not a fancy place at all but it is bang in the middle of where you want to be. However for a few more dollars you stay in a much nicer place. No offense.
