Centrally located for all services like transport to all of Indo-China, shopping, food,local tours, other basic ammeneties like hairdressings, tailoring and entertainment.

The hotel kept our passports overnight upon check-in for police registration. I wasn't expecting it to take that long, but I got it back the following morning...no harm done.
- Restaurant Tip : The nearby Go-Go Bar (no, there are no go-go dancers here) is always packed downstairs but has a rooftop restaurant where you cook your own meat on a gas burner in the middle of your own table. Kinda neat.
