Clean and neat room at great location
The room is clean, neat, and spacy.

the stay was nice. it is close to many restaurants. phon 24 is just next door to the hotel. behind the hotel, it is one of the busiest streets and there are many backpackers on the street.
plenty of restaurants are around the hotel. the room is nice and clean, make sure you stay away from the rooms on facing the street as it gets very noisy at night.

This hotel is just nice as in
1. Location: Easy access to CBD area for business travellers like me. In the night can hop around this place as it is surrounded by some good bars for relaxing. If need to go to Cambodia by bus many travel agents are near by.
2. Price: Reasonable
3. Facilities: Quite
4. Restaurant is nice at the 9th floor of this hotel.
5. Breakfast: Ok

when we checked in at the liberty 4 hotel, the friendly staff told me they were sorry that there was no non-smoking room available. that was very unfortunate as we were travelling with a young baby but we decided to accept the room they suggested. it was a fairly big room with 2 double beds. the hotel did not provide us with a baby crib. hopefully, we always travel with a portable one. the room smelled a bit but after a day, it was ok. the bathroom was very clean. the breakfast was fantastic. there was a lot of yummy food to eat to start a good day.

great value for money hotel. central location, opposite city park and surrounded by tour operators, all varieties of restaurants, cafes, bars,shops, massage shops. a 10 minute walk to the market. large, clean rooms with all facilities. fantastic buffet breakfast. all staff very friendly and eager to please. abc bakery a few doors away for great rolls, cakes, coffee, etc. - and cheap.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a 1 hour rickshaw ride around and experience the hectic traffic whilst taking in the sights.

Hotel location was excellent - in the middle of both daytime and nightime activities. Rooms are a very good size for both singles or couples, although rooms a bit 'dated'. Staff generally very helpful and pleasant.
