The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even though the hotel is situated on a very busy and major road, I could hardly hear the constant noise of the hustle and bustle of the street life taking place outside. Consequently, I slept well. The lifts were small and slow. In addition, unlike most other 3 and 4 star hotels I stayed in, the use of the internet in the lobby area was not free. You had to pay for it and it was a lot more expensive than using an internet cafe. Overall the Liberty 4 Hotel was a pleasant hotel to stay in. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. It has most facilities and amenities that a 5 star hotel offers. It is also located in fairly close proximity to most popular tourist attractions and museums within HCMC. Most vital amenities and tourist attractions can be comfortably reached on foot.

Good located in central HCMC, very close to travel agencies, bars and restaurants.Front desk very helpful and surprisingly keen in english. Good located in central parts of HCMC. Large room with balcony facing the street (a bit noisy all night but remember where you are!)There is a really nice restaurant on top with magnificent views overlooking downtown HCMC. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant! And nice view from there, also! None really.
Air conditioning was a little weak, but no big deal. It cooled the room down nicely after 15 mins or so. This is a great place to stay in Saigon!
Great value and a great loction. Within walking distance to just about everything and across the street from a park.
The staff here is top notch! Very helpful and friendly!
The rooftop restaurant has a nice view of the city and good food. Breakfasts were changed up each day and you can sit outside and take in the morning.
I will definately stay at The Liberty 4 the next time i come to Vietnam.
Restaurant Tip : Check out The Barbeque Garden restaurant! Great place for dinner and great food! Highly recommended!
If you have to have a pizza in Vietnam, check out Cappuccino restaurant a couple blocks down. Good pizza!
Also, Milwaukee restaurant and pub. Good food and good happy hour. (2 for 1)

Convenient Location, clean and well maintained room. Hotel is value for money. I'm a repeat customer and happy with the service and comfort given the price paid. Breakfast is ok and room / bathroom is clean and well maintained. It also comes with an in-room safe which works. Its hard to think of any shortcomings. Its better than other 3 star hotels I've stayed in Hanoi and HCMC.
Its also walking distance to Ben Thanh Market.

perfect location for all the tourist spots Liberty 3 is cheaper and in my opinion a better hotel A nice hotel and the staff couldn't be more attentive :)
Restaurant Tip : Eat where the locals eat...best advice i recieved so thought i would share it

Service from those at reception was very helpful, although their English could improve.
Room service excellent, clean. Suspected the hotel supported prostitution
Allowing smoking in the lobby but I guess that is part of their culture. Great hotel with service that was very supportive when first arriving in a country that does not speak English and has a different culture. Staff would assist us across the busy street. Location opposite lovely park where we exercised everyday with the locals. Buffet breakfast each morning a bonus. Assisted us with travel plans, wake up calls, security. We felt very comfortable and safe.
Restaurant Tip : cafe 333 around the corner is a wonderful little restaurant with marvellous food at good prices.

centrally located within walking distance of the main tourist sites. A number of good bars and shops nearby. Opposite a rare piece of green space in HCM. crossing the road during the day requires nerve but staff will help you across if you need help. Staff were very pleasant and speak good English. Accomodation is good standard, clean, quite large rooms. Hotel is centrally located at the heart of the main tourist area. Main sites within easy walking distance. I would stay here again if i were to return to HCM.

Location was great for tours/restaurants/bars.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was noisy but than again that was the area too.
Massage/Spa was not very good.
We stayed at the Liberty 4 over the October Holidays and we found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. We had been delayed and missed our first night. We did arrive later in the in the morning and our room was not available. We did receive complimentary foot massages, that were terrible. I would not recommend their massage/spa. We spent 2 nights and all and all I would say it was a comfortable stay but not overly flash.

Liberty 4 is in the process of refurbishing and the room i was in was fantastic. It has everything you require. A swimming pool would be nuice and air conduitioning in hallways Liberty 4 is situated in the centre of District 1 in the bustling downtown section of HCMC. It has great views across the park and is a five minute walk from the Central Markets and the main backpack and travel agents area which is always full of life and fun. The staff and amenities at the hotel are first class from the breakfast on the 9th floor overloooking the park to the late night Lido Bar where you can take in some live music whilst having a drink and a snack. Liberty 4 Consierges are always on the ball and can organise anything from a massage to a game of golf and they are pleasant and happy to help with any problem guests may have. I have sayed at a number of hotels in HCMC and I keep returning to this one.
Travel tip : The closeness of the markets and some tasty food on the footpath.

Good value and convenient location carpet smelled musty. Aircon control was faulty. I am a repeat customer - mainly because of the value. Based on the price paid, the whole package is worthwhile: room is clean, bathroom is ok, shower set is new and water pressure is very strong,cable TV provided, in-room safe that works, breakfast was adequate and had some local food. It also has English speaking staff at the front desk. The location of this hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Ben Tahn Market and Saigon Centre.
Restaurant Tip : there's a 24 hour noodle shop next door.

The staffs of this hotel were very helpful. It's very convenient location to many sightseeing place in HCMC and also for offices area. The elevators are small and slow. The staffs were very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I have a chance to visit HCMC.

The hotel is situated i the heart of the Backpacker district and close to the many restuarnts and bars so you dont have to venture far for a drink or bite to eat.
Rooms were clean and roomy and staff very friendly Stayed in a room on the 8th floor and could hear the noise of chairs and tables being moved on the floor above(restaurant)especially before and after the breakfast shift. But wasnt a real issue for me. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Will definetly stay there again. STaff all very friendly and facility were very good.
Nightlife Tip : If you are into night life and clubs, try Lush.
I was suprised at the venue, nice club with good DJ's and awsome music, and friendly staff. Open till late on a saturday. Great night out if travelling with friends.

Warm, friendly and helpful staff. The staff speak good english and were most helpful in all ways to make us feel comfortable. Hotel is very clean and most comfortable. The hotel is located centrally to all the tourist spots. Nice lovely park across the road with a good view of the city at the balcony of the restuarant. Foods were good and services equally good. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful and go all ways to make us comfortable. When we were crossing the road from the park to the hotel, with the traffic so heavy and being foreigners have difficulties tryting to get through the staff, the staff immediately came over and help us to get through the traffic. Such services are not seen elsewhere and we are most happy with their services.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Across the road from the hotel is a lovely park. People exercising every morning. Just a few doors away a nice restuarant milwaukee serves very good foods with good value.

- Good variety of breakfast. They actually change the menu every day~
- Extremely friendly staff Staff is extremely value and location is good. It is just 3 mins walk away from Sinh Cafe. There is also Highland Cafe , Pho 24 nearby. This is definitely a value for money hotel.
However, don't go to the massage lounge on 1st floor. The massage skill isn't good
