nightmare, waste of Money. "Avoid this Place"

This place is a Nightmare. there are lot more options within walking distance that are far much better than this place. I wont return to this hotel. Avoid this Hotel by all cost and choose a different place for your accommodation. No one speaks English, except two or three front desk employees and a door man. There is constant smell of Sewage from the bathroom and I was on the 8th floor. can you imagine how bad the smell would be on the lower floors. The Elevators are from 1950's....Please avoid this place...... friendly

when I check-in, I was told that they do not have any room .They want to transfer me to another hotel of their group. I asked them why they do not contact me earlier . I refused their suggestion and insisted to stay at Liberty 4. After waiting for half an hour, they gave me a suit room because I am regular there and I know the manager. However, this is not a good experience.

There are many good local restaurants and it is quite easy to go anywhere inside city from this hotel. But the price is acceptable. So if you have a chance to HCMC,please come this hotel and try to look around there. You will find many fantastic place. Surely I will be back to this hotel again.

The room is clean. The mattress not so soft.
Staff some are friendly, some not.
When I check-in, the lady staff was in bad mood. Even forget to give me the key.
