I booked the deluxe room but the room was a little small. I think it's difference from the photo which shown in the Agoda web.But the hotel is new and has beautiful view.

the room is superb and perfect for me and my friend as they have upgraded us to the executive floor. excellent location as it's very convenient for us to shop at ben thanh market (just a few steps away) & search for food!
perfect breakfast with full of varieties to start of the day!
most importantly, the staffs are able to understand and communicate in english.
note: only thing is the swimming pool is too small.

I had a very short stay of less than 12 yours in this hotel, but will definitely consider it again next time I'm in hcm. It was very close to Ben Thanh markets, I had a quite clean room which was well equipped. Happy with my short stay.

Great Location and Pleasant Hotel

I like the hotel very much. It may not be a very posh place but the room is neat and clean. Room size is small though. Breakfast is good and the area that the hotel is situated in is pretty nice. There is a night market nearby which serves good food and also sells many clothings. Night market closes at around 11pm. Had a really comfortable stay.
Shopping Tip:
Bargain as much as you can when you are at the night market shopping. Even coffee powder can be bargained.

a little and lovely butik hotel. smiley personnel, they will remind you to take care of your bags, beware of pickpocket every time when you go out. breakfast is good, special the different phõ serving everyday. location is good, close to ben thanh market and not far away to shopping malls and view points.
Travel tip:
An important tips: Becareful of the god damn taxidrivers at the airport. Take only Vinasun taxis, or some other with big company behind. Don´t take taxis which seemed small and private.

Great hotel that is near to the market area

First time to HCM and was happy to be staying in such a hotel.
Breakfast is quite reasonable in terms of quality and variety.
Hotel staff is very helpful even though we did not book the transportation through them.
Hotel is near to the market area where you can get cheap stuff of reasonable quality such as clothes. A good way to end the day after work.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a beef noodle restuarant nearby which Mr Bill Clinton went before. Can try!!

stayed over at the hotel for a night. check in/out was relatively fast. i had booked the signature central deluxe room. the bed is really comfortable and the shower room is spacious. there are two shower heads with a nice bathtub. restaurant looks fine with pretty good breakfast but do take note of your booking, make sure that you book the room for 2 pax instead of 1 if you have a partner staying with you, else there will be extra charges when you enter the executive lounge for happy hour and the restaurant for breakfast. i made the booking via iphone and did not realise that the booking was for 1 pax, and i was made to pay for my partner's breakfast at around vnd, and was only told about the bill after we finished our breakfast - for better customer experience, this should have been communicated to us beforehand. the lift is in need of a renovation, and the spa failed to attract our attention due to the poor design and empty atmosphere. the swimming pool is small and had lots of dead insects floating when we were there around 8pm. the bistro bar is pretty comfortable but the staff didn't seem to know how to make a standard tequila shot, and after describing to the waitress a few times in english, vietnamese and with hand signals, i got mine in a whiskey glass with a slice of lime floating in it... lol!
