CLOSE TO BEN THANH MARKET

The Liberty Central is as its name suggests centrally located and only a 2 minute walk away from the famous Ben Thanh Market.
The rooms are modern and to a decent standard. The bathroom was also nicely equipped. My gripe with this hotel is the rooms are very small; I guess this doesn't matter so much if you are going out sight seeing all day.
Ben Thanh market is very close to the hotel and well worth a look. Haggle hard as the salespeople will try and charge you excessive amounts.
In fact most of the landmarks you want to visit while in HCMC are accessible on foot from the Liberty Central.

Swimming pool at roof top, very nice despite small in size.
