Everything is great service and calm place.

This hotel is based on Japanese company so the service which Japanese peoples' thinking is matched. Every hotel staffs are very polite and well educated the service. I have stayed some hotels in Vietnam but the service is extremely good.

Over priced hotel with bad service

This hotel is a Legend for all the wrong reasons. The laundry service destroyed our clothes without explanation or offer to compensate, horrible internet forced us to call down every few hours until they asked us to change rooms, no available electrical outlets for laptops and chargers, slow check-in. Never close to a 5 Star Hotel.

Over the last four years I have stayed at the Legend on several occassions. I have never been disappointed. The service is excellent, staff are friendly. I highly recomnend the Legend for your stay in Ho Chi Minh city whether you are on Business or pleasure.

From the moment we entered the Hotel until we left, the service given by the Staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
We had a very nice clean room with river view + breakfast and all our prior requests had been met.
The only fault we could find was that the hot food on the buffet breakfast was a bit cold, however all the food was delicious and a very large variety was on offer.
We would certainly recommend this hotel & if we were ever in HCMC would stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is in a good location, however we preferred leaving from the front of the hotel, although a longer walk, it was easier to walk on the pavement. We found our route when leaving from the back of the hotel difficult, as the pavements were congested with bikes, street food verndors and people and we ended up walking in the road.

Downtown elegance with a bustling atmosphere

We stayed at the Legend Hotel Saigon for a short layover between visiting different cities in Vietnam. We had looked for an "airport hotel," but found this to be close enough to satisfy our need for convenience to make an early morning flight. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with choices from nearly every type of cuisine on the planet. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. As a whole, the hotel was a standard large executive style hotel with a mix of tourists and business professionals.
