The hotel is beautiful and welcoming.
When you arrive you are greeted with a smile. Service is helpful and friendly, and most of the staff speaks english passably.
Pool area is relaxing and pleasing to eye.

Legendary Hotel.

this was the 4th hotel we stayed in during our family tour of vietnam and by far the best. like a well oiled machine everything ran smoothly.
initially there was some confusion on checking in over our rooms, but we were allocated the executive and the deluxe rooms that we had previously booked. we didn't realise at the time of booking that the executive rooms entitle you to use the executive lounge, a quiet, cool oasis on the 14th floor, with the most amazing views of the river, in which to have afternoon tea or pre dinner cocktails.
the rooms were spotless, with large bath towels. the bed, pillows and bedding ( in both the executive and deluxe) were so comfortable, sleep was no problem.
breakfast was a superb international buffet.
staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, helping us to change a pre booked tour, for the following morning, very late at night when we realised one member would not be well enough to go.
our departure flight was not until 23.00 so we arranged a "half rent" of the deluxe room until 18.00 hours. this gave us an extra morning shopping and a last afternoon swim in the hotel pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cu Chi Tunnels. To gain a small understanding of the Vietnamese people.
We would also recommend using Mai Linh Taxis during your stay, some of the other companies seemed to be expensive compared to this company. When you arrive at Saigon airport, exit, turn to the right and walk down to the end of the concourse, cross over the pedestrian crossing and their stand is to the left.

Stayed here as a party of four. The hotel is exactly as it appears on its website photos.
Great location, short taxi ride into town with a variety of shops ( from markets to malls).
The room was spotlessly clean, beds were really comfortable, with good pillows and bedding. Also appreciated the turn down service and the flower on the bed was a nice touch.
Wifi was good and worked in the room. We also used the gym and the swimming pool, both very good.
The breakfast was amazing, international so lots to try.
Staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful.
We didn't try the hotel restaurants as we went out each evening.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cu Chi Tunnels. Don't miss out on seeing these tunnels, gives you an insight on how the Vietnamese people lived and fought. You can book a trip with the hotel and you also get an English speaking guide.

My two sons and I stayed at the Legend upon our arrival in Vietnam from Western Australia. We had travelled all night with a stopover in Singapore so we were very happy with the quick check in procedures. The staff were lovely and very helpful. That the staff spoke English well was great because elsewhere in Vietnam there is very limited English. The hotel is stylish with open spaces and clean modern decor. I was worried as this was the first time I had booked on-line but it all went without a hitch.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Imagine my surprise, when looking for KFC!! on our first night in Vietnam, we ventured out the back entrance of the hotel and walked down two short streets to find ourselves right on the most spectacular square I have ever seen. The huge square is rimmed by beautiful french colonial and art deco buildings all lit up and the place is absolutely bursting with life. I had one of those rare travelling moments of absolute awe.

we checked in late and tired from our tour in cambodia. everyone was so efficient and all our requests for our rooms were in order. this is not a new hotel as can be seen from some of its fixtures and the carpet is somewhat worn but everything else in the room is 5 star. the bed, pillows, comforter and linens feel so luxurious and eases the tension and fatigue of the day's touring and shopping. the towels were big and plush, they were spotless and had a fresh and clean scent. not a trace of mildew can be found in the bathroom. water temperature and pressure was perfect. soaking in the tub melted away all muscle tension. communicating with the hotel staff was easy and everyone was very helpful. the hotel was a few minutes away from ben than market and most restaurants and stores.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The toilet seat is heated with a bidet that sprays heated water with an option for ladies and otherwise. No more cold toilet seats!
