Very bad guest house, choose anothe one.
Wifi interet not working at all, but owner still insist there is.Shoes should lelt ouside the guesthous. Owner not friendly.

We enjoyed staying here. The owner gave us what we need quickly. His family (staff) are all nice people . We applied for a Mekong Delta Tour thanks to the owner, and extended our stay. This place is close to everything, and also we can see the local's life style. I can recommend this hostel to all.

Noisy family...

The guesthouse was affordable and at a great location. The family you stay with is really loud however, so sleeping in is impossible. For the price paid, it was okay, we would however choose a different guesthouse next time.

The bathroom is located outside the room and the worst thing is that the lock was broken and I have to guard the door while my wife was using the bathroom! The air-con was noisy. This hotel is inside a dull alley. Although the room rate is rather low, it is worthy to spend a little more to stay in better place in order not to spoil your holiday!

Lovely family managing this guesthouse. Very well located in a small alley away from the noise. Wifi available on all floors. Will certainly return there (making sure that I don't forget that check-out time is 11:00 - and not 11:05...)
Nightlife Tip:
Backpacker area is a nice place to stay for friendly evenings (cheap beer, cheap food), lively area.
