Not a good value hotel in Saigon

We stayed there for two nights,the first night we could not sleep because of the loud music above our room,the breakfast was ordinary & the staff were just.I have stayed in many hotels in Saigon at a quarter of the price of this hotel & was a lot happier.I would not recommend this hotel.After complaining about the noise, they offered us a late 4 pm checkout ,they normally charge for this, most don't .Should be 4 star.

(1) Excellent Service - Staff friendly, Good Service Quality.
(2) Great View - I stay 1 night of Colonial Saigon River Deluxe Room. Can see Saigon river day and night view. It is beautiful.
(3) Classical Hotel Decoration - like to year 1950 vietnam.

Breakfast,staff were great,roof top bar when it was open !!!! pool was nice but closed at 6pm

very accommodating and welcoming staff particularly as we were a family of 6 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 2. appreciated cot already set up in bedroom. enjoyed the history and architecture of the old hotel.

Comfortable, Interesting and with Style
The Location is perfect close to the river, the decor is awesome and all way through in colonial style, The Sky bar is perfect for a good night drink
