Locale and staff.

None for us.

We only stayed for 3 days but found this hotel to be very good. Staff are very willing if sometimes not always on the ball which is more to do with it being Vietnam. Excellent room ( 406 )which was clean and very comfortable and well appointed. Had a DVD player which allowed us to check the DVD's and CD's that we bought.No problems with those either.Good position and easy to get to everything. Good value for money but like all hotels expensive to eat and drink in but there are any number of bars and resturants around it. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do take one of the day trips that take in the War Museum and Reunification Palace. There are lots of tour companies around the hotel locale.Cost about US$8.

Clean , convenient for shopping and staff are helpful.Nice and comfortable room.

One of the internet computer was affected with virus. Need to clean up at least two days once , to avoid inconvenience for customer.

Shopping Tip : Convenient for food and shopping for clothing / electrical appliances.

In town centre, easily assesible.

Hotel is blocked by a petrol station. It take away the grandness of the hotel. The water pressure is not strong enough and as such you don't enjoy your bath.

Although it was an old hotel, it has been tastefully renovated. The room is very pleasant and comfortable. The linens are clean and smell fresh. The hotel also provides a range of TV channels to suit everyones need. They provide good breakfast spread comparable to major hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay in Metrople hotel should I visit HCM city again. Value for money.

Travel tip : On the opposite left side of the hotel is a cafe that is cosy for you to enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee or a round of beer.
