decent hotel, bad service and breakfast

Reception has poor attitude. When i asked the recept who was on duty at night to help with the exhaust fan that was making a loud noise, he told me to turn off the fan!
There was no buffet breakfast, you can order a set from the cefe at no charge but additional food on top of the set was charged, which i felt is extremely bad. Food prices were also exhorbitant, a cup of coffee cost 3 times as much in the hotel as compared to those in the coffee shops.
However, hotel room is big and clean and very well organised, dspite the bad exhaust, and the sockets some of them were not working. Corridorswere brightly lit which pleased me .
All in all, there should be better maintainece and upkeep of the hotel d upkeep of the hotel.. horrible

great hotel just outside city center
location, cleanliness, breakfast

nice hotel just at the right location - away from city center craziness, but not too far away. clean, quiet (at least on 6th floorr), great breakfast, wifi, nice staff. inexpensive good massage upstairs, plus sauna.
location on google maps was wrong, as of april 2013.
