Greatly close approximity to airport.
Just 2 mintues to the airport.

despite the good location and low price, they have a terrible 1st floor room. the bed squeeks, door lock not working, the toilet stinks of drainage water, and it can get quite noisy when people starts talking due to the close proximity to the reception.
after telling them about it, they did change our room to 4th lvl, and the only problem we faced was a broken tap.
not too bad i can say, other then the 1st floor room.
Restaurant Tip:
The food in the middle of ben thanh market is very nice, tho it's on the expensive side.
