Well positioned; courteous and helpful staff; staff remembered us and made us feel welcome; Rooms excellent and fresh fruit and flowers an elegant and welcome touch
Smoking in the restaurant is a problem for those who do not smoke and are alergic to smoke.
The Norfolk Hotel is one in which I have previously stayed and thus felt comfortable to come back again. I would stay there next time also as we were treated well and all of our requests for assistance were met with comeptence and courtesy. It is centrally located and is also an excellent venue for meeting which was the central purpose of our visit.
Hotel Feature Tip : fresh fruit and fresh flowers in the room

Relatively quiet location, near to the market, clean and comfortable
Massage facility is not big enough
Great location in Ho Chi Mihn City for me. Not too busy and not too noisy. The size of the hotel is right, comfortable lobby area and clean and modern bar. Pho noodles at breakfast was fresh and excellent. Variety of food selection was also outstanding. The room was with a neat veranda so it was easy to get fresh air with full of sun lights. Also the window/door area to the veranda was indented which I liked the design a lot. Bed was a little too soft, I wish it was firm. They deliver different fresh local fruits every day. Fee internet was also nice. Gym was small and not many equipment but sauna bath and shower area was very cozy and comfortable.

location, great breakfast, clean room w/ contemporary design, friendly staff
bed was two single beds put together, toothpaste tasted terribly, slippers are the cardboard type - not the soft ones
Was very happy with my stay here - value for money! Location was near almost everything in the city - Ben Than market, the high end stores in Dong Khoi, Tax Shopping Center. 2 doors away is a 24x7 convenience store. Excellent breakfast (had both continental and local Vietnamese food that varied - Pho and steamed spring rolls. Our clean room had complimentary fresh fruits and 2 bottles of water everyday. Staff - esp at the breakfast area- were attentive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Cuchi Tunnel, War Remnants museum, take a ride around chinatown on the cyclo to see how the locals work -they say next year they will ban cyclos to ease traffic, Ben Than market

Very friendly, helpful staff with excellent English. Wonderfully comfortable bed (not just by Asian standards). Fresh rooms - no evidence of smoking. Great location. Relatively quiet even for street frontage room. Excellent breakfast.
Average bathroom - big step into the shower-over-bath and some awkward fittings. Air conditioning in the foyer is a bit over the top.
We had the Norfolk recommended to us by our friends that use it for their business travellers. We found it to be a great "all-rounder", quiet and comforable, great staff, not too big and bustling, easy walking distance to most District 1 attractions all at a respectable price (at least at agoda.com). Hope we have the opportunity to stay there again some time!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The rooftop at the Rex Hotel - a great place to end the day with a drink while the lights come on around you.

Friendly staff with efficient service
Excellent buffet breakfast, lunches and dinners
Convenient location in the business and commercial centre yet away from too noisy night spots
Room lights are not easy to handle
Business centre services are expensive
Rooms at the rear of the building have no view at all, all you see is an ugly blind wall of the neighbouring building! No swimming pool.
Easy to reach from the airport and well located in the business and entertainment quarters of HCMC, yet not too close to noisy night spots, this hotel offer a wide range of facilities including a nice health spa with excellent massage and a beauty parlour. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There are many amenities in the bathroom to choose from.

They are in the process of doing some remodeling (no real construction noise though) and they lobby looks a lot nicer.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very close to L'Apothecaire Spa, one of my wife's favorite places. There is also a great place called Zakka to get clothes made on Pasteur St.

The location is near the market, where you can enjoy outside work. Because of the hotel employees are well capable to outgrow the stress of overseas already MIMASHITA strange. 100 with just 75 points out.
Shopping Tip : In the next big market, but TANOSHIMEMASU work.
