Nice Hotel. service is better than Sheraton Siagon hotel. upgrade to premium lounge for additional ,,free breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktail, internet and unlimited all you can drink coffee, tea, softdrinks, juice, beer... for the whole day.

Not happy with hotel

I had informed the hotel reception staff in advance early in the morning to cancel my last night stay due family emergency (my wife warded for appendicitis operation) and requested for 1 night refund. Was told to check back with Agoda. Email customer service at Agoda and they said they have referred the matter to the hotel and they will look into it. Upon checking out, I requested again, and they asked me to wait for almost 10-15 min and then told me "no refund". I would have appreciated if the Manager or Asst Manager of the hotel could have see me personally and explained why after taking so long to decide, and instead of passing the message through counter staff. I am a regularly business travellers and have often stayed in the Accor group hotels and felt that this is not the way to treat a customer. The refund is not really important but would have generated goodwill on the hotel's part to consider refund on compassionate ground.

As I have come to expect from the many Novotels I have used around the world, the room was comfortable & large with all expected room amenities. However the WIFI was not working at all during my stay & a request to have this fixed was not followed through with.
Reception staff were friendly & spoke excellent English.
