Location is good, but food is just average. And the hotel elevator is not adequate (small, slow). Fitness center is under expectation with poor equipment.

we stayed at oscar for many years and it is a good memory to think about it. the room is nice and clean and it is in a great location and it is so much better if you stay in 5 stars hotel and the cost is so much cheaper and that is why we still choose oscar everytime we decide to travel to vietnam. the staff is alway greet you with a smile and willing to give out their help if you need it.we hope we could be back vn end of the year again and stay at the same wonderful place. thank you for your great services oscar.
Restaurant Tip: There is a Japanese restuarant name Osaka Remen has wonderful noodle set somewhere near Saigon centre.

Hotel location was very good for sight thing and shopping.
staff was also not bad and front/doorman was very kind.
however, room has no window and I paid $20 per night to move window room (not valuable at all).
Shopping Tip:
very nearly ben thanh market and saigon sqare located. so I could enjoy shopping by walking around.

Food (breakfast and lunch) is below average with not many choices and not quite tastely. Location, however, is a plus point where it is just minutes away from several tourist locations in the city: Ben Thanh Market, Opera House, etc.

I've stayed at the Oscar Saigon several times and although it lacks character it is a good, safe and clean hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but have all the basic amenities. It's in District 1 so if you don't know Saigon it is well located for all the things you're likely to want to do and see. Good internet connection and helpful staff. Avoid the windowless Oscar Cozy rooms unless you like dark boxes but after being given one of these the staff found a way to get me something similar with a window which was a huge relief.

Location is good and clean. Walking distance to place of interest in city area, e.g siagon square, BT market, etc.
The only thing happened to me is that the aircon was dripping. The staff change us a room.

Centroid location with very clean rooms

the stay was wonderful as the hotel is in a good location of
district 1.
breakfast served was excellent as there is a mixture of local and
international selection. the rooms are very clean. the staff are helpful and make an effort to
assist wherever possible. as we were on a day trip to cuchi tunnel prior to check-out,
they accommodated our request for a late check-out.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Xu (fusion), Pacharan Spanish restaurant which are
5 minutes away. Especially Xu, food and service were excellent!
