The location of this hotel is very good.

The location of the hotel is great, close to many attractions and shopping centres. Friendly English speaking staff. Lovely large room with City view. I think this hotel was extremely good value for money.

Good Location but Nothing Special

I've stayed at hotels nearby and stayed here for a change but I wouldn't stay there again. Although we paid extra for an upper 'grade' room it was large and clean but overall it was nothing special. We also paid extra for a room with a window but in hindsight this was a mistake as it meant hearing motorbike and car horns from the early hours. Noise from other areas of the hotel also carried easily - doors closing, people using bathrooms etc. The staff were ok but not great. The hotel breakfast was nothing special and it was disappointing to see 6-8 hotel management sit and eat casually amongst guests (at a table at the end of the dining room) while their staff struggled to clear plates and pour coffee for guests. This hotel also claims to have a 'gym', although it would be better described as a 'small room PACKED tightly with old exercise equipment' ....

Stay was pleasant as we could be able to communicate with the hotel staff quite well although some of them could not speak English. Room is clean but they are not willing to provide additional coffee on request My sister from Canada was being charged for USD 5.00 for the two small towel for the coffee stain spilled on it which I think is this not right n ethical

Uncomfortable, unfriendly night staff.

The night staff in the lobby was horrible! Doorman was sleeping on the couch, receptionist named Ngoc Thi was extremely rude. Would not allow my guest to go up to room, wanted to charge me extra money when my booking clearly states double occupancy. He said my cousin need to stay in lobby unless I pay extra. Paid for an upgraded room, but got the Oscar cozy. Seem all rooms are the same unless you upgrade to VIP. No point of paying extra for upgrade. Would not recommend this hotel.
