I arrived from manila 2am at the hotel, i showed my hotel voucher from agoda.com,the manager said, they will verify it the following day. I requested for early check in but they didnt allow as its more than 6 hrs before the supposed check in schedule and said it politely. So, i booked for nov.13 so as to have a good rest. The following morning, i was pleased to know that the agoda.com is really existing. As for the hotel, its a nice one, good location, clean room and beddings. Staff are courteous, breakfast was good. Overall, i would recommend that when someone goes to saigon, they book at Queen Ann hotel thru Agoda.com....I felt so bad with Hostelbookers.com because i booked with them last august at a hongkong hostel but that said hostel was no longer existing. I asked for the refund but they just kept on promising me that it will be transferred to my account.

just the floor drain, when i took a bath, water was stocked up....but anyway, they fixed it right away.
Travellers, i would advise that you book at agoda.com....and stay at queen ann hotel when u are in saigon vietnam. U will like the place, very near restaurants, a few minutes drive from the airport. staff courteous and hotel rate is very affordable. When i visit saigon again, i will stay at queen ann.
