clean but the staffs not speaking English well

they have clean room but the hotel's staff could not speak English well.Sometimes we have some misunderstanding.Delicious breakfast.the location is near Benthan market.we can walk about 10minutes.a lot of vietnam;s food is sale along the way to market.Nice place to come again.

Nice for 3 stars hotel

Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted and ushered by a friendly captain on duty, however our room is not ready yet. Was told it would be ready at 1 pm. Left our bags behind and head out to Ben thanh market to change money. The money changer there offer quite a good rate. U can do some shopping there or grab some bites. We went back to the hotel before 1pm. Our room is ready and they let us check in early.

Good Location with friendly staff

This hotel has a good location walking distance to famous Ben Thanh Market and pham Ngu Lao te backpacker area.
Male staff are very friendly, especially the bellman, he told me anything that i need to know.
Room was oke, clean and nice, but no have windows for my room. A bit noisy in the aisle at the midnight until morning, a bit distrurbing.
overall, good service & good price

Overall good value for money. Good location in a street full of many hotels. Attractions like re unification palace , cathedral , market , fancy shops all with 15 min walk. Although I mistakenly booked wrong day desire onurous booking conditions they were able to change dates for free. Room very clean maid service daily , free bottled water daily , flat screen tv with plenty of movie and sport choices and free wi fi. Shower warm . Only bad thing most rooms have no windows so hard once inside room to tell time of day. Walls not to thick so can hear noises from corridor, upstairs or next door. Mostly caters for Asian customers. Staff manning outside very helpful even phoning up a medical centre for me to see if open. Though reception staff have little English . One thing to watch out for don't lose door key only given 1 for 2 people and charge 10 pounds to replace!
