Nice hotel in wrong area for busniess travelers
The staff could speak english, the staff were very attentive and good service, if something its wrong they would immedielty ftry their best to fix it.

I booked a superior room whit breakfast. my air conidioner didnt worked so they upgraded my room to executive deluxe which i was vvery happ about. the executive room is big, large and very comfortable but the superior its pretty small, but its good enough to make your stay feel good. the staff is very good here, they are very attentive, open the doors for you, help you whit your luggage and bags.
The location is not the best if you want to see the city its about 15 minutes forom distrct 1(where all tourist hang out). there is no bars, no shopping centres or something around here. outside its only local shops and street food nothing fancy. but the hotel offers good food but it cost about 200-300 0000 vietnamese dong for each meal. and drinks are not included. so its expensive if you are on a budget, normal restaurants only take about 100-2000 000 for food.
- The pool is full whit kids, jumping, splashing, playing and running around, so be careful whit where you sit and this is bad if you just want to relax around the pool. And some of the gym machines at the busniess centers doesnt work, 2 of 5 didn’t work and they are complicated and I think they are old to.
So in summary this is a nice business hotel for business familys!

Very comfortable stay in slightly dated hotel
The staffs efficiency when I missed my flight, lovely room with bath. Fittings are a little dated. Swimming pool.

The Hotel is in an excellent location and the room is very spacious. However lobby temperature was not comfort.
The room was the best part of our stay and luckily we only slept there.
