The hotel is currently offering two items of clothing per person laundered free, per day, for deluxe rooms or higher.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel will organise airport transfer, but need to barter with them, as they don't tell you the cheaper options, ie. airport taxi, etc.
Hotel can organise a car to take you to the lacquer factories. It is worth organising a return car as there are no taxis in the area. It is $US 5 per way. Lacquerware is of a higher quality (and price) than at the markets.
There is a large Vietnam Airlines office, across the road from the hotel for any domestic/ international flight bookings. Very helpful and friendly staff.
