Service is good. All the staff are friendly and with warm smile.

Old facilities and seems so dark inside hotel(not enough sunshine and lights).

The staff are friendly and helpful with warmly smile. The bathroom and AC need to renew. And the local tour is quiet expensive seems not value. Be make sure the hotel install a new or maintain the lift before confirm booking. I have a horrible experience that is besieged in the lift about 10-15 mins. To sum up...this is a good hotel and I may choose again if go to HCMC next time.

Very clan, large rooms, and great location. Good value

The cheaper rooms have absolutely no view. Minor problem.

The Riverside is well located in District one. Some rooms have nicee views of the Saigon river, the cheaper rooms have no view except the close building next door. The restaraunt at the hotel provided an adequate breakfast with a very friendly staff. The furniture is old and in immaculate condition as is the hotel generally. A 10 min walk to the markets and only 5 mins to the centre of district 1. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel Feature Tip : The Riverside renaisance is only two doors away and taxi drivers confused the two. Use the Renaisance as a guide to the Riverside.

Riverside frontage. Convenient location.

Carpets are pretty soiled

Staff at lobby/reception were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out proceeded without any problem. The staff at the lobby restaurant were very good in their work and provided very good service. Food on the menu were reasonable quality and breakfast was good (only for uncooked noodles in the soup).
