Stay was great. Warning to travellers arriving by Bus from Phnom Penh, DO NOT TAKE A METER TAXI from the bus station. The thirty minute drive will cost a fortune but, having paid it, you will then discover that the hotel is just around the corner from the bus station. It's well known, but HCMC taxi drivers can smell weakness!

Centrally located. Good English. Clean room

Hotel staff were friendly and all had a good command of English. Rooms were small but clean!
Breakfast was average with a small variety of asian (congee) and western choices (old cuts, bacon) and the standard toast and cereals. Rooms were equipped with high speed internet!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Centrally located and just around the corner from Ben Thanh Market. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel also has information about different tours. We did the 1 day Mekong Delta which was decent. A good way to see the delta and get away from the city for the day. We had a late flight so we changed to late check-out with no problem. For half a day's rate, we checked-out at 6pm. I would definitely recommend Ruby River Hotel and stay here again.

Great stay! Welcome drink on arrival. Very clean, modern looking hotel. Small room but extremely clean and comfy bed. LCD TV with lots of english movie channels. Very friendly professional staff. We booked a tour and a taxi to the airport through the front desk.
