Good value for money
Accessible by bus from AirPort. Clean room. Very cheap.

Was there On interview and visa run. Hotel is cheap and excellent value for money. Don't hesitate to ask for room with window. Bus from airport is #152.
Not far from bus station and plenty of restaurants around. One bad point though is staff being absolutely USELESS!

Small rooms!

The rooms advertised as 25 m2 are much smaller. The hotel looks new and clean, everything works fine
Hotel Feature Tip:
In VN, by phone or direct contact, you get the same price as through all the internet booking agencies (or a lower one), and you false advertising. (Not in Thailand).

a good point of this hotel is clean, its location is near ben thanh market (15 min walking). room is small, wifi is free and fast, free parking. it's ok for that price.

The room I stayed in had no window and was small smelling of cigarettes. It is out of town and a roof over your head if you would like to visit the puppet theatre. With encouragement the staff were helpful.

For a 2 star hotel the staff would always smile and greet you and if they know English would always want to help

When I arrived the superior double room was not available, although I got a confirmation from Agoda.
They put me in standard room without windows... beware the standard room is horrible ...
But after three days they gave me the superior double and everything was fine. (although you can hear the phone ringing no stop or the water tap running from your room.
They returned me the difference of the room rent on my insistence at the time of checking out
