Relaxing with kids
Hotel staff were friendly and efficient, the three bedroom apartment was enormous, Shuttle bus and boat services into town convenient

Our stay in Saigon Domaine was extremely relaxing , the kids thoroughly enjoyed everything from playing in the pool to breakfast on the pontoon over the river.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance and hotel fare is acceptable also.
The shuttle bus and boat service into downtown makes getting around very easy.

Romantic place for couple, 4 shuttle by bus and boat per day ( 2 by morning and 2 by noon).
Booked on valentine day, the hotel didn't do anything more for the occasion (such as flower or gift ...).
Didn't get any uppgrade of room for our stay although the hotel was empty.
Furthermore, softdrinks aren't free anymore, just water is free.
Room are really convenient, such as big fridge, dishes (for 4pax, living room, lcd TV, personal wifi modem...
A place to go on weekend days if need you need to take a breath.
There is also a convenient store in the lobby, selling cheese, bread, wines, beer, alcohol, soap, ... (about 15 to 20% more expensive than the outside).
Buffet breakfast is serve from 7am to 9am, more dishes are welcome ...

Nice apartments, remote location

We travelled with group of four adults and two children. Our apartment was upgraded from 2 bedroom up to 3 bedroom on riverside. Apartment was large, well equipped and clean. It reminded life at home.
Breakfast was ok, but a bit limited. Anyway place on riverside was nice. Room service worked quickly and food was ok. In addition downstairs shop was covering lack of restaurant.
Location was a bit remote and there is practically nothing to see close to hotel. Taxi or shuttle (bus or boat) took 15-25 minutes to City center.
Generally hotel is nice, but five stars I expected more. In my rating, this would be average four stars.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shuttle boat is quickest way to town. Sadly quite limited amount of rides per day.

The free water taxi service into the city

saigon domaine was perfect for us - a family with 2 young kids. the rooms were spacious and clean. we made the most of the pool and the free water taxi service into town. the service we received throughout the hotel was fantastic - the staff were really friendly. we would highly recommend this hotel!

great hotel. very relaxing, chilled out. far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but only 15 mins in the boat to the chaos.
