Good facilities, clean and great price

Great hotel, try not to be put into Saigon mini Hotel 3 if possible as that is on the main road and can be a little noisy. (The different hotels are different blocks of the same hotel in the same area)
It has a good location close for restaurants and laundry.
The room was spacious and comfortable and I am happy to recommend it and would go back again
Shopping Tip:
The laundrette round the corner is cheaper than the hotel laundry

it was a good stay even though it is small, is clean and neat. comparable to a 3* hotels. complete with wifi, and you can even go to the reception and use the pc there. a bit of skirt but good so you are not disturbed by the heavy noise of the vehicles. i recommend this hotels.

"Hotel Mini 1 í nice and lovely staff"

Hi Dear Agoda members, Thanks for your relations to the travelers But I am staying in Mini 1 not mini 2. Becouse thís one ís much better than the other one. First of all, Mini 2 has no elevator,secondly you are having your bfast in Mini1 rest. Hotel personnel are really wonderful. Thanks for your attention.

Spacious room with balcony
in an alley, not on the main road- no moto noises

The Minihotel nb 2 is at the end of an alley, check in –check out have to be done in Minihotel nb 1 in the middle of the alley.
We stayed twice at minihotel, the first time we were very satisfied with the room, superior with balcony, quiet and confortable. So we decided to book a standard room (no window) at the same mini-hotel 2. We were upgraded to a room with window but in minihotel 3, at the entrance of the alley: the room is well furnished, although not as good looking as in mini hotel 2. Unfortunaltey the windows with no insulation gives directly on a small street restaurant, quite busy, and when we checked out at 4 am there were still some people having a good time. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep. I think the staff should have told us the truth and let us choose between upgrade or no upgrade.
In conclusion: Go for minihotel 2, minihotel 1 seems quiet as well, but as for mini hotel 3 avoid it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid minihotel 3 room with window.
Go for minihotel 2.

A budget hostel but with nice service
The receptionists are friendly. They warn us to be careful on our belongings when roaming around the district.

the location of the hotel is @ district 1. near to travel agencies, bars and restaurants. try to walk along the area and you will see a lot to discover.
they upgrade us for one day only to deluxe triple @ mini saigon hotel 1, as the room we reserved is not available. the following day, we already transfered to the hotel we booked originally. just a little hastle though, since we need to transfer to another building.
there's only one reception and bfast area which is located @ mini saigon hotel 1.
the bfast area is small, but they serve the bfast fast. there's no lift from mini saigon hostel 2, so better take the lowest floor.
as a budget hostel, its exceed my expectation. the room is clean, the bed and pillows are also good, so soft to have a nice sleep and towels are clean. for the wc, the water and shower is just fine. but the sink from our room was clogged.
Nightlife Tip:
Walk around the area. A few blocks away, you'll see different bars, coffee shops and restaurant to stay at night.

The only thing good thing going was the location,but saying this there were lots of hotels around the same area for the same price on less.
The room was alot smaller than it looked in the picture and the bathroom smelt soo bad!
The staff on the front desk tried to over charge us when we checked out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
check out the painting shops on the main road! amazing!

Good place and service but the room is just so so
good service. and it's just near Khu ph Ph m Ng Lo, very convenient

I arrived the hotel at 1:30am. The service is really good. But the room is a bit small, and noisy in the early morning or Saturday night coz it's close to some club.
From the hotel you can easily go to Sinh tourist or places on Khu ph Ph m Ng Lo.
There are also many local restaurants near by.
Restaurant Tip:
It worth to try some local food nearby. Cheap but delicious.

ideal hotel for travelers

This hotel is superb! The location is great. It's situated near the tourist spots in HCM. The hotel staff are very accomodating & friendly. What I like about it is it's safe and you just can walk around along the streets without worrying. It's near to everything you need. The hotel also coordinates with other bus & tour company so they can provide you a hassle-free tour to Cu-Chi, PP, SR, etc. They have very good service. Two-thumbs up!
The room is also spacious, clean, & classy at affordable price.
I'll definitely come back!
Nightlife Tip:
The main hotel close at night, so make sure to check after lunch or 2pm. I think they are strict with that.
