Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Service with smile! Good!
Good location for couple of beers!
9.7
I like to stay in this hotel when I go to Saigon. The staff there service with smile and would never say to me that the hotel is fully booked then I have to go to other hotel. I trust the hotel and am staisified with the facility there. I would come to stay in this hotel again and again in the near future.
Nightlife Tip:
There are many local beer shops along the street. You can sit in plastic chair on the roadside, drinking local beer with a very cheap price /bottle. Hundreds of bagpacker around here every night.

Small rooms but nicely done out
Location, staff, room facilities

Received a really friendly welcome and were able to check in early, which was very welcome after a 5am start. Entrance hall is quite tatty so I was concerned about the room but it was OK: freshly decorated, well-equipped, comfortable bed, shower cubicle. All the things I needed. However, I booked a superior thinking it would be more spacious than a standard but it was still really small. For a quick stop over with one bag (2 people) it was just about fine but I don't know how 2 people with 2 large bags would manage to fit in without constantly tripping over each other. Breakfast is basic but well prepared (not like the photos on this site though!). I'd stay again but go for a deluxe room.

wonderful service

i've stayed here several times before and the service is always lovely. very nice young staff with good english. the included breakfast is nice too. the location may make or break this for travelers. it is right in the backpacker/tourist zone of bui vien. while this means a lot of tourists around, the noise doesn't ever reach my room (most have no or very small windows anyway). but it is easy to just tell a taxi driver bui vien and they all know it. it is also walking distance to most everything.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss the Notre Dame Cathedral on a Sunday when it is open.

Really mini room and very very very helpful staff
The staffs are very friendly and speak good Eng.
7.7
The location is convenient. There are quite lot restaurants to eat nearby. But generally the prices in that district are expensive. If you want to have more local foods, you'd better go a little far from there. The room is old and small and on the first day, the window even fell off. But the staff fixed it very soon and didn't create any troubles. I will suggest this hotel and it is a very fair price.

Good value for money and lovely staff
Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms clean

I stayed in this hotel after moving from down the street at a more expensive hotel. This was equally as nice as the other hotel and I would recommend people stay here without any hesitation.
Rooms were clean, bathroom had hot water, air con worked like a charm and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a Japanese restaurant if you walk out the hotel and to the right that had the best sushi I've had in SE Asia. Not incredibly expensive either.
