Air conditioning does not work. Elevator broken. we have to go down and go up the stairs to the 6th floor. Staff who are not much help. Please do not stay in this hotel again. Believe it. You will definitely regret it!!!

i really like this hotel. the location is very near to ben thanh market. and it is very easy to get halal food at this area. the room is big, the bathroom is clean, friendly staff. except that they did not provide an adapter for internaational traveller. other than that, fantastic.

So far, I'm very satisfied with the service.
But, they might serve your breakfast at the other hotel, so it's your choice. 'Cause there were so easy to access the halal food (really in front of the hotel).
