We checked in early before noon but they had the room ready for us. As there wasn't enough space in the two bedrooms, our extra bed was placed in the middle of the dining area with the dining table pushed to a corner. The living room air-con was leaking and stains were visible on the chairs placed under it.
The lap pool on the ground floor is great and deep enough to have a good swim in with a garden view. Gym facilities were also decent.
Overall, the room need refresh and better maintenance.

Best stay ever at Vietnam

I've definitely made the right choice by choosing this hotel. Although its located at district three which is a little far from the city, you can just get a taxi and travel to district one easily. The taxi drivers are really good with their directions and taxis are readily available outside the hotel. Not to mention, the staffs are friendly and speak good English too.
The apartment is beyond my expectation, you really feel at home here. The gym and the swimming pool is great for working out if you need to work out. Ill definitely recommend anyone going to HCM to stay at Saigon View Residence! Cheers!

The staying is nothing but superb! The apartment is cute, comfortable furniture and modern designs. The bathtub might be a little bit too small, and breakfast could be more variety. There's always taxi outside anytime day. The swimming pool is fantastic..indoor. The next trip to saigon, I will look no further than this place.

Quiet Surrounding but quite easy accessible
More Quiet surrounding as compared to district 1, Friendly and helpful staffs, and clean room

Although it was located a bit out of town, but it can be easy accessible by taxis. It take abt 50000 Vietnamese Dong to reach District1. The Staff is very helpful when u ask them abt direction. There is a coop mart nearby. The room is big and spacious.
